Our terms and conditions of delivery
- Delivery of purchased products from the online store https://www.jungheinrich-shop.co.za will be charged by Jungheinrich South Africa (Pty) Ltd. Through transport and courier partner companies. The delivery time is 5 - 7 working days of products in the Jungheinrich South Africa warehouse, calculated from the date of payment confirmation.
- The product will be shipped with the accompanying consignment note. The purchaser will receive the following document by courier after the delivery of the product: the tax invoice, the warranty certificate, the certificate of conformity, the instruction manual for use and service – in South Africa (which includes the work safety and firefighting rules for the use of the equipment).
